The short version: each app collects only what it needs to work, and its entry below (or its own policy) says what and why. No ads, no analytics brokers, and no selling or sharing of your mobile number for marketing.

Who we are

Alt Tab Design LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 5900 Balcones Dr STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, is an independent software studio. You can reach us at support@alt-tab-design.com — that address handles privacy questions, data requests, and everything else.

Our apps

Ritsuban (iPhone, Android, Mac and web) has its own privacy policy, which names Alt Tab Design LLC as the data controller: ritsuban.com/legal/privacy. Ritsuban sends no text messages.

The health-study companion app is invitation-only and is not in the app stores. It collects only what a study needs to run, as described to participants when they join. Its text messages are covered by the Text messages (SMS) section below.

Text messages (SMS)

Alt Tab Design LLC sends text messages under the program Alt Tab Design App Notifications. Every text comes from the invitation-only health-study companion app; Ritsuban sends none. Details are on the SMS program page.

What we collect for texting: your mobile number, a record of your consent and when you gave it, and the content and delivery status of the messages we send. We use it only to send program messages.
Our text-delivery provider processes your number in order to deliver the messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

This website

This site is static and sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads everything — including fonts — from its own domain. It is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure keeps standard operational logs (things like IP addresses and requested URLs) to run and protect the service; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how they handle that.

Email

If you email us, we’ll have your email address and whatever you wrote — we use it to reply and for nothing else. We don’t add you to lists, and we don’t share it with anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes affecting a shipped app will also be noted in that app’s release notes.
